Step 1: When we have a slot available for your child, we will contact you by phone, email, and text. We will give you until 10:00 AM the following morning to respond. If we do not hear from you by then, we will make one last phone call and then proceed to offer the slot to the next person on the waiting list.
If you decline the slot, you will remain on the waiting list. If you have been offered the slot 3 times and decline all 3 times, we require an updated start date to remain on the waiting list. You can respond with the new start date by calling, texting, or emailing us.
Step 2: If you accept the offered slot and agree to the start date, we will send you an invoice for the first weeks tuition.
Tuition must be paid within 24 hours to secure the slot.If we do not receive payment from you within 24 hours, we will make one last phone call to receive payment. If payment has not been made after the phone call, we will proceed to offer the slot to the next person on the waiting list. Your name will be removed from the waiting list unless you request to remain on the list.
